    The Finger Lakes Youth Apprenticeship Program (FLYAP) bridges the gap between education and industry, offering high school students in the region opportunities to explore careers in advanced manufacturing. Through partnerships with local manufacturers and technical education programs, FLYAP helps students gain real-world skills and experience that set them up for future success.
