American Welding Society (AWS) Scholarships
The Amercian Welding Society Scholarship offers numerous awards for students pursuing welding degrees or certificates.

Cancer Support Scholarship
This scholarship offers $5,000.00 to support students in continuing their education despite the financial and personal challenges posed by cancer. Submit your application by June 1, 2025.

Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) Scholarships
The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) offers various awards and tool grants for students entering collision repair education programs.

Continental School of Beauty Scholarship Opportunities

Daemen University: BOCES Scholarship for First Year Students
Daemen University has created a special scholarship for any student who is enrolled in a BOCES program and applies to Daemen as a first-year student. The BOCES scholarship is $2,000.00 and will be awarded in addition to any other scholarships or financial aid.

Donald K. Rhine Scholarship
The Donald K. Rhine Scholarship is offered by Reliant Community Credit Union. This scholarship program offers multiple awards, each valued at up to $3,000.00 to high school seniors and adults who are enrolling as full-time college students. Recipients are chosen based on their embodiment of the credit union philosophy (people helping people). Apply by April 16, 2025.

Horatio Alger Career and Technical Scholarship Program
Receive up to $2,500.00 to pursue career and technical education. Demonstration of financial need is required. Apply between March 15, 2025 and June 15, 2025

John Lepping Memorial Scholarship for students with disabilities.
This scholarship offers up to $5,000.00 to support students with physical or psychological disabilities. Applications must be received by May 1, 2025.

Monroe Community College (MCC) Opportunity Endowment for students with disabilities
Monroe Community College is providing $1,250.00 scholarships to support full-time or part-time MCC students with learning disabilities, with a preference for students on the autism spectrum. Apply by 3/15/2025.

MUD Student Scholarship
The MUD Student Scholarship provides five awards of $2,500.00 each. This scholarship is for aspiring makeup artists to receive financial aid for their education at Make-up Designory (MUD) college, located in both New York City and Los Angeles. Apply by April 30th, 2025.

National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Greater Rochester Scholarship
This annual scholarship program provides awards to female high school students entering full-time schooling in a construction related field.

National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) Scholarships
The NTHS Scholarship Program provides over $300,000 in scholarships to high school and post-secondary members annually. Each scholarship has different requirements and application window dates. The Jon H. Poteat Scholarship will award 250 one-thousand-dollar scholarships to eligible active members. The application is open from September 1st to May 1st each year.

Nautilus Scholarship
The Nautilus Scholarship is for seniors in Monroe County who are pursuing architecture, construction, construction management, trades, or a field of education (e.g., math, science, technology, etc.). Ned Carter Memorial Scholarship is offered by the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York (AFDSNY).
This annual scholarship provides four one-time awards of $1,500.00. The Ned Carter Memorial Scholarship supports high school seniors pursuing a career in a community service-related discipline. Applications must be submitted online or postmarked by March 2, 2025.

New York Housing Association
This new scholarship program offers financial aid to students in New York State who are starting at a technical institute. The New York Housing Association award supports careers in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

New York State Excelsior Scholarship
The Excelsior Scholarship is specifically designed to provide tuition awards to eligible students attending New York State's public colleges and universities (SUNY and CUNY). Eligibility requires verification of household income.

NYS Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Incentive Program
This scholarship supports students in the top 10% of their high school class who are pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics at a SUNY or CUNY College. Submit your application by 8-15-2025.

Rochester Tooling and Machining (James N. Nieber) Scholarship
The Rochester Tooling and Machining Scholarship is offering awards to students enrolled in advanced manufacturing programs at community colleges or technical institutes in the Finger Lakes Region.

School & Sports Photographers Association of California (SPAC)
The SPAC Young Creatives Scholarship supports the next generation of creative minds by empowering artistic expression. This award supports seniors passionate about photography or those planning to pursue higher education in related fields. SPAC will be providing two $1500 scholarships per region: West, Central and East. Also includes a camera kit. The deadline for submitting applications is May 15, 2025.

The National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) offers several annual scholarships aimed at supporting students with learning disabilities and attention issues. The main scholarships are the Anne Ford Scholarship, Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship, and the ADHD College Success Scholarship.
