Creekside School, located at the Foreman Center, is a specialized program designed for students ages 5-22 with varying disabilities. Within the 12:1:4 self-contained setting, we focus on developing students' academic, communication, daily living, and social skills, laying a strong foundation for their lifelong success.

    Individualized Programs

Creekside uses a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach for developing individualized programs in core subject areas as well as pro-social skills, functional communication, and adaptive living skills. In addition, students benefit from community-based instruction and a variety of life skills activities.

    Vocational Opportunities

Creekside offers a continuum of vocational opportunities, including both center-based and community-based experiences. Vocational training starts by equipping students with essential skills needed for future employment. We create individualized vocational programs based on each student’s skills, abilities, and goals.
